Recipe Asking for Spry

I found a super old recipe for a cake that looked really good. As I was reading the ingredients I ran across one that I was not familiar with. It asked for 1/2 Cup Spry. Since I have never heard of it I did a quick search and found that it is the brand name for a shortening that was out many years ago. Since it is no longer available you can substitute a shortening like Crisco in the recipe.
