QUICK GARLIC OIL
You don’t need to spend a lot of money to get garlic oil. It is quite simple to make and if stored in the refrigerator one bottle can last for a month or so.
Find a nice large container that will hold a fair amount of oil. Next peel 5-9 garlic cloves depending on your taste and the size of your container. Drop the garlic in the oil and let it sit in the refrigerator for about a week to let the flavors develop. Now whenever you are making a salad or even any dish where you need olive oil and garlic, use your special reserve. You can even make up a custom label for the bottle, decorate and give as a special gift.
