LEFTOVER TORTILLIAS
You just had a great mexican style meal, but you heated up too many corn tortillas. You don't have to toss them just because they got a little dry. You can make them up for dessert!
Heat a skillet over medium high heat with about an inch of oil in it.
Cut up your corn tortillas into 8 pieces.
Drop each piece of tortilla into the hot oil and deep fry until just brown and puffy.
Using a pair of tongs, flip and cook the other side. This will only take a minute or so.
Remove from the oil with your tongs and place on paper towels to cool just a bit.
While they are still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm!
