Leftover Storage

This hint came from my husband believe it or not. I was watching him place leftovers in a container, for spaghetti or rice that has saucy toppings, he placed the sauce in the container first, then the rice or noodles on top.

I questioned his process and he said that now when he empty's the container onto the dish to reheat in the microwave the sauces are on top where they belong.
