Healing Heating Pads
When you need to sooth an achy shoulder, neck or back you reach for your heating pad. It just doesn't seem to form to the contours that you need it to. You actually have the perfect makings for the perfect heating pad in your kitchen.
Grab a clean sock and fill the sock about 3/4 full with rice. Tie it off with a colorful ribbon and pop in the microwave for a minute.
Now just place on your ache and relax.
For a little aromatherapy you can add a few drops of essential oil before you microwave.
