Cordial Salad

You are having a large get together and you want to serve a salad. Only problem is you don’t have enough plates, and plates can be very messy with smaller salad pieces like tomato and radishes that like to roll off.

Grab a bunch of large plastic or glass drink cups. You can place the salad inside the cups/glasses and your guests can eat with ease.
